Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency

The University of South Alabama, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Training Program is looking for a PGY-3 Resident to begin by July 1, 2025.

Prerequisites:

Candidates must have completed a PGY-2 Resident position in OBGYN.

How To apply:

Provide the following documentation for consideration:

  • Cover letter including reason for leaving your current program and interest in this program
  • Current CV
  • Your entire ERAS application
  • USMLE Step 1, 2 and 3 scores
  • CREOG scores for PGY-1 and PGY2 years
  • Up to date ACGME Case Logs
  • A letter from your Program Director that includes the following:
    • Verification of all your rotations completed to date
    • Statement of your good standing in the program
    • Summative competency-based performance evaluation
    • Willingness to release you from your current training contract
    • Most recent ACGME Milestone evaluations
  • Two letters of recommendation from attending physicians in your current program
