PGY-2 Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency
Mohawk Valley Health System, located in Utica, New York, is currently seeking qualified applicants for a PGY-2 resident position in Obstetrics and Gynecology. The position is scheduled to commence on July 1, 2025.
Prerequisites:
The ideal applicant will have successfully completed their PGY 1 year in an ACGME-accredited OBGYN residency program by June 30, 2025 and have completed their Step 1, Step 2, and Step 3 examinations with passing scores.

- Current CV
- ERAS application
- PGY 1 Year CREOG Score Report
- Current ACGME Case Log Report (Experience by Year and Minimums reports)
- ACGME Milestone report
- A letter from your Program Director that includes:
- Rotations to date
- Evaluation of surgical skills
- Mid year or Summative Evaluation Form
- A statement of willingness to release your from your training program
- A letter of recommendation from a current supervising faculty member
- Proof of U.S. citizenship where applicable (please note: MVHS does not sponsor J1 Visas)
- ECFMG certificate where applicable
