Maternal Fetal Medicine Fellowship

The Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) in Milwaukee, WI, announces an opening for a PGY-5 Maternal-Fetal Medicine Fellowship. This is a three-year, ACGME-accredited fellowship program with a start date of either July 1, 2025, or August 1, 2025.

The overall goals of the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology’s Fellowship program include training subspecialists in Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) who are excellent clinicians capable of providing comprehensive care for pregnant women with medical, obstetric or surgical complications which impact the health of the mother, fetus or both.

Our objective is to provide supervision and training for each fellow with progression of responsibilities from that of dependent trainee to an independent MFM specialist. In addition, our goal is to train academicians and leaders who will have an impact in the field of MFM by contributing to and advancing the subspecialty through efforts in research and teaching. Through research projects and didactics, fellows are taught to use the statistical, epidemiologic and laboratory techniques necessary to develop an independent research program with a specific focus.

Prerequisites:

Candidates must be eligible to obtain medical licensure in Wisconsin and be board-eligible or board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
