Neuroradiology Fellowship

Stony Brook University Hospital offers a one-year, full-time Neuroradiology Fellowship.

This closely supervised training program is conducted at a designated Level 1 Trauma Center and its associated satellite hospitals.

Stony Brook University Hospital serves the entire Suffolk County of Long Island; all major neuro-vascular trauma and neuro-oncologic cases arrive at our institution. We offer an academic hospital setting as well as community hospital and private practice settings. Numerous cases with high-velocity traumatic brain and spine injuries are seen at Stony Brook University’s Level 1 Trauma Center, while more routine outpatient CT and MRI’s are offered through our community affiliated hospitals.

Prerequisites:

Applicants must have completed an accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency program and must be certified or qualified for certification by the American Board of Radiology by the beginning of the fellowship appointment on 07/01/2026.
