Abdominal Radiology Fellowship
The University of Kentucky Department of Radiology is pleased to offer two 1-year fellowships in abdominal radiology. These fellowships are one of the few ACGME-accredited abdominal radiology fellowship programs within the country.
The abdominal radiology fellow can expect to gain experience in all aspects of abdominal radiology, spread across all major imaging modalities. There will also be opportunity to participate in light interventional procedures and mentored scholarly/research activities. Our aim is to mold a true abdominal imaging specialist with the skill-set to practice within any environment, whether academics or private practice.
Prerequisites:
Eligible candidates will have completed an ACGME-accredited (or equivalent) diagnostic radiology residency training program and should be board-eligible (or certified) by the American Board of Radiology. All fellows must be eligible for medical licensure in the state of Kentucky.
