Acute Care Surgery Fellowship

Board-certified/Board-eligible Fellows will work with regionally and nationally recognized leaders in trauma, critical care, burns, emergency general surgery, and disaster medicine with years of experience in both military and civilian trauma.

Faculty can provide many opportunities for fellows to integrate into the acute care surgery community, including involvement at national and regional societies, opportunities for scholarship, and career guidance. Fellows will be monitored by these experienced faculty at the beginning of fellowship with the anticipation for early progression to independence within the first 3-6 months. Assigned faculty are available for review and consultation on rounds, in operative cases, and while on call.
