Adolescent Medicine Fellowship
The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) is currently accepting applications for an open position in its Adolescent Medicine Fellowship Program for the 2025-2026 academic year, commencing in July 2025.
Our program aims to train and educate physicians to be an adolescent medicine specialist in a clinical learning environment that values excellence in clinical care, patient safety, quality improvement, scholarship, and professionalism while being adolescent-centered/family-involved and culturally responsive.
Our fellows can participate in a master’s program at UAB in a health-related program. Additionally, UAB adolescent medicine is one of 9 adolescent medicine programs with federal grant funding dedicated to adolescent medicine training in the US. This unique program enhances our fellow’s learning experience in an interdisciplinary clinical environment and prepares them to be a leader in adolescent medicine.
