Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism Fellowship
The Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is currently seeking applications for a PGY-4 fellowship position. This accredited program offers comprehensive clinical training and research opportunities in the heart of Hershey, PA. The position features an accelerated timeline with a start date of March 9, 2026. Qualified applicants must submit all required documentation by the January 30, 2026, deadline to be considered for this cohort.
Prerequisites:
Qualified MD or DO applicants must have successfully completed three years of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency prior to the start of fellowship. Applicants should have maintained recent clinical engagement; individual circumstances will be reviewed holistically.

- Current curriculum vitae (CV)
- Personal statement
- At least 3 letters of recommendation, including one from the most recent program director
- USMLE Step 1 (pass/fail) and Step 2 CK results
- Summative evaluation
