Family Medicine Residency
The Lee’s Summit Family Medicine Residency program has an unexpected vacancy for a PGY 2 position. The ideal candidate would have completed their PGY-1 year by June 30, 2025.
Prerequisites:
- Applicants interested in the position must have successfully completed at least 1 year in an ACGME-accredited program.
- We are unable to consider applicants who completed medical school prior to 2020.
- We can sponsor J-1 visas.
- Applicants must be able to start on July 1, 2025.
- We are actively reviewing applications.

- Most recent Milestones report
- All Step/Level scores
- Two letters of reference (1 from PD)
- Available ITE scores
- Listing/description of all courses completed or to complete (through Jun 2025)
- ERAS application (w/ prior MSPE/Dean’s Letter)
- Letter or statement of interest
- ECFMG certificate (if IMG)
