Family Medicine Residency
The Cleveland Clinic Foundation Family Medicine Residency Program at Lakewood Family Health Center is recruiting a Family Medicine Residency PGY-2 position for the academic year 2025-2026. Start date will be July 1, 2025.
Prerequisites:
Applicants must have completed a PGY1 year in Family Medicine or a Transitional Year in the 2024-2025 academic year and must be in good standing with their current program.

- Personal Statement
- Medical school transcripts
- Dean’s Letter
- USMLE or COMLEX Scores for Step 1 and 2
- Milestone report
- Two recommendation letters
- A letter from your current Program Director
