General Surgery Residency-Categorical Position

How To apply:

Qualified applicants must submit the following documents:

1. ERAS application or equivalent including:
   1. Current Curriculum Vitae (CV),
   2. Brief Personal Statement, Medical School diploma and transcript,
   3. Deans Letter (MSPE),
   4. USMLE Steps 1, 2 & 3 Reports,
   5. Three (3) Letters of Recommendations, including letter from current program director
2. Rotation schedule from PGY-1, PGY-2 & PGY 3
3. Current ACGME case log
4. ACGME Milestone summaries from PGY-1, PGY-2 & PGY 3 (*if possible, though this will be required upon transfer if accepted into the position)
5. All ABSITE Scores from PGY-1, PGY-2 & PGY 3
6. Current ATLS, BLS, ACLS certifications
7. ECFMG Certificate (if applicable)
