General Surgery Residency-Categorical
Our established and dynamic community hospital in South Florida is seeking a highly motivated PGY-4 categorical resident to join our General Surgery program.
We are a level 1 trauma center, have a freestanding children’s hospital that is ACS CSV level 1, have renal and pancreas transplant and excellent training in open, laparoscopic and robotic procedures. Our residents finish with over 1200 cases and the ability to obtain a certificate of equivalency for robotic training.
Prerequisites:
Applicants must have passed USMLE step 3, be in good standing with anticipated successful completion of PGY 3 year and associated milestones. ATLS, ACLS required.
