Geriatric & Family Medicine Fellowship

Our program emphasizes clinical geriatrics with the benefit of location where 85,000 seniors live.

We offer a 1-year (or 2-year) program that places a strong emphasis on clinical geriatrics.

This is a unique learning opportunity because most of the educational experience takes place in the Sun Cities area (made up of Sun City, Sun City West and Sun City Grand) of Phoenix, Arizona, where more than 85,000 seniors live and where Banner Health is the major health care provider.

Prerequisites:

The one-year program is available for physicians who have graduated from an ACGME accredited internal medicine/family practice program. Candidates must fulfill citizenship, residency, visa and/or licensure requirements for the Geriatric Fellowship Program and the Arizona Board of Medical Examiners.
