Hospital Neurology Fellowship

The Cleveland Clinic Hospital Neurology Fellowship is a one-year program accredited by the Neurohospitalist Society (NHS). Our mission is to train expert neurohospitalists through rigorous clinical experience, innovative research, and compassionate care.

The program prepares fellows to:

  • Manage complex neurological conditions
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to academic medicine
  • Thrive in diverse healthcare environments

Fellows rotate across main campus and regional hospitals in settings including acute stroke, epilepsy, neurocritical care, neuroinfectious disease, and teleneurology. With a focus on semi-independent practice and interdisciplinary collaboration, fellows receive protected education time, mentorship, and elective opportunities to customize their training. The program also emphasizes wellness and professional growth to develop well-rounded physician leaders.
