Lifestyle Medicine Intensivist Fellowship
Our one-year Lifestyle Medicine Intensivist Fellowship gives you the training you need to improve patient health through lifestyle interventions. You’ll learn how to address chronic disease burden and improve clinical outcomes in individuals, populations and communities.
Prerequisites:
- Completion of a primary residency and board certified or board eligible in the United States.
- Full, unrestricted CA medical license by the fellowship start date
How To apply:
Submit the following to prevmedres@llu.edu:
- Current CV
- Two recommendation letters (one from your most recent residency program director) Recommenders to send letters directly to the program coordinator at psalcedo@llu.edu
- A one to two page description of your interest in the our fellowship program
Selected candidates will be invited to interview.
