Neurosurgical Oncology Fellowship
The Neurosurgical Oncology Fellowship at Cedars‑Sinai is a comprehensive academic and clinical experience covering the full continuum of neurosurgery oncology. The program incorporates clinical training as well as a research requirement for an optimal training experience.
Completion of this program prepares the physician for a career in private clinical practice, academics or research. The fellowship is accredited by the Society of Neurological Surgeons through its CAST fellowship certification program.
Prerequisites:
The program is a one‑ to two-year fellowship program dependent on the applicants’ level of interest in neurosurgical oncology research.
Applicants must meet the following minimum criteria for interview consideration:
- Completion of an ACGME‑accredited neurosurgery residency
- Eligibility for American Board of Neurological Surgery examination
- Eligibility for a California medical license and a U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration(Opens in a new tab)External license
