OBGYN Hospitalist Fellowship

Winnie Palmer Hospital will offer a one-year OBGYN Hospitalist Fellowship for eligible candidates who have completed an obstetrics and gynecology residency, beginning in August 2026.

The OBGYN Hospitalist Practice has been foundational to the structure and workflow of Winnie Palmer Hospital since 2013 and has since expanded to three regional hospitals within Orlando Health. The mission of the hospitalist fellowship aligns with Orlando Health to improve health equity and quality of the life of the communities served. The aim of the fellowship is to train individuals clinically and professionally in a high acuity and volume setting to care for women and infants in need of inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care.

The fellowship is an opportunity to train with one of the largest OBGYN Hospitalist Groups in a free-standing women’s hospital along with nearby labor and delivery units regionally located. This experience will include hands-on high volume and acuity clinical training, simulation, multi-disciplinary care, and mentorship.
