OBGYN Sexual Medicine Fellowship
The George Washington University Sexual Health and Gender Affirmation (SAGA) Center is excited to be recruiting our third Sexual Medicine Fellow for the 2026–27 academic year. The deadline is September 1, 2025. Fellowship start date is August 1, 2026.
This one-year fellowship in Sexual Medicine is the first in the country to open for OBGYN physicians in 2023. The curriculum is designed to provide fellows with a high-volume clinical experience in comprehensive sexual health, supported by participation in research, education, and close mentorship within the Sexual Health and Gender Affirmation (SAGA) Center. The program’s purpose is to provide motivated OBGYN physicians the skills and expertise to offer sexual medicine services in academic and insurance-based settings. Participants will also graduate with exposure to gender diverse patient care.
