Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency

One PGY1 position is available at the Eastern Virginia Medical School at Old Dominion University Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program to begin on July 1, 2025, with orientation to begin on June 16, 2025.

This is part of a complement increase from five to six residents for the upcoming PGY1 class. The Eastern Virginia Medical School at Old Dominion University Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program is a University-based program which has affiliations with local area hospitals to include Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, Sentara Leigh Hospital, Sentara Virginia Beach General, Chesapeake Regional Medical Center, and Children’s Hospital for the King’s Daughters.

Prerequisites:

  • Qualified applicants are invited to apply and must be able to demonstrate good academic standing.
  • All applicants must have passed USMLE/COMLEX Steps 1, and 2 prior to starting.
  • Applicants must be able to attend orientation activities starting June 16 and to begin clinical training no later than July 1, 2025.
