Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency
AdventHealth Tampa is currently accepting applications for a PGY-2 categorical resident position with a start date of July 1, 2025.
Prerequisites:
Be in good academic and professional standing at an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency program
Have successfully completed 12 months of postgraduate training in a categorical OB/GYN residency program by the start date

CREOG score report from PGY-1 year
Previous ResidencyCAS application
Cover letter, including reason for seeking transfer
Letter of good standing from your current Program Director
List of completed rotations to date
Most recent Milestone evaluations (2024–2025 academic year)
Letter of recommendation from a current supervising faculty member
Current curriculum vitae (CV)
Copy of medical school diploma
ECFMG certificate (if applicable)
Up-to-date ACGME procedure logs
Current work authorization status (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, visa, etc.)
