Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency

Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (NYC Health and Hospitals/Queens Program- Jamaica NY) is currently accepting applications for a PGY-3 categorical resident position with a start date of July 1, 2026.

Prerequisites:

  • Be in good academic and professional standing at an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency program
  • Have successfully completed 24 months of postgraduate training in a categorical OB/GYN residency program by the start date

  • USMLE Step 1, Step 2, and (if available) Step 3 scores
  • CREOG score report from PGY-1 year
  • Previous Residency CAS application
  • Cover letter, including reason for seeking transfer
  • Letter of good standing from your current Program Director
  • List of completed rotations to date
  • Most recent Milestone evaluations (2025-2026 academic year)
  • Letter of recommendation from a current supervising faculty member
  • Current curriculum vitae (CV)
  • Copy of medical school diploma
  • ECFMG certificate (if applicable)
  • Up-to-date ACGME procedure logs
  • Current work authorization status (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, visa, etc.)
