Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency
We are seeking to fill a PGY-4 categorical position for the 2025-2026 academic year.
Prerequisites:
To be considered for the position, applicants must be currently enrolled and have successfully completed 36 months of an ACGME-accredited Ob/Gyn training program. All applicants must be in good standing and have successfully passed USMLE/COMLEX Examinations 1, 2 and 3 on their first attempt.

Submit the following documents in one PDF:
- Cover Letter describing your reason for leaving your current position and why you are interested in continuing your training with our program
- ERAS application from initial application to residency
- Copy of medical school transcript, personal statement and medical school diploma
- Current CV including scholarly activity
- Personal Statement
- USMLE/COMLEX Step 1, 2, and 3 score reports
- CREOG score reports from PGY 1, 2 and 3
- FLS or EMIGS certificate
- Letter of support for a proposed transfer from your Program Director including:
- Verification of completed rotations from PGY 1, 2, and 3
- Statement of good standing with the program
- Summative competency-based performance evaluation
- ACGME Milestone evaluations from PGY 1, 2, and 3
- ACGME case logs
- Two additional letters of recommendation from current program faculty who have worked with you in the last 12 months
