Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency-Categorical PGY-3 Position
The University of Illinois College of Medicine in Peoria, Illinois is seeking to fill a PGY-3 Categorical Resident position for the 2025-2026 academic year.
Prerequisites:
Interested applicants must have successfully completed PGY-2, 12-month training at an ACGME-accredited OBGYN Residency Program and be in good academic standing with their current program.

- Cover letter including reason for leaving current program and interest in continuing training at University of Illinois College of Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program in Peoria, Illinois.

- USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 scores
- Score of PASS on USMLE Step 3
- CREOG scores for PGY-1 year, and PGY-2
- Current BLS, ACLS Certifications
- Training Verification from (to be completed by current program director)
- Letter from Program Director including:
- Verification of rotations completed to date
- Statement of standing with program
- Performance evaluation
- Willingness to release you from your current training contract
- ACGME Milestone Evaluations
- Summative competency-based performance evaluation
- Two faculty letters of recommendation
