Surgical Critical Care Fellowship

Charleston Area Medical Center is now accepting applications for its new Surgical Critical Care Program. The application deadline is January 31, 2026, for a program start date of August 1, 2026.

The Surgical Critical Care Fellowship at Vandalia Health Charleston Area Medical Center is dedicated to cultivating the next generation of leaders in surgical critical care through a comprehensive and rigorous education.

Our mission is to provide fellows with advanced clinical training, innovative research opportunities and a supportive learning environment emphasizing multidisciplinary collaboration, patient-centered care and evidence-based practice. We strive to empower our fellows to excel in the management of critically ill surgical patients, enhance their surgical skills and develop their expertise in critical care medicine.
