Surgical Pathology Fellowship
An unanticipated opening is available for the Surgical Pathology Fellowship at the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) for the term of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.
The Department of Pathology, Microbiology, and Immunology at UNMC is accepting applications for a one-year Surgical Pathology Fellowship. This program offers advanced training in diagnostic surgical pathology, ideal for those seeking to sharpen diagnostic skills, gain subspecialty exposure, and confidently transition into independent practice—whether in academic or private settings.
Prerequisites:
Applicants must be board eligible or certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. International medical graduates must have a valid ECFMG certificate. U.S. work authorization, including H-1B, is required for independent sign-out.
