The Pediatric Residency Program at the University of Connecticut is a three-year accredited program recognized for its commitment to developing well-rounded pediatricians. • PL-1 Year: 16 weeks on inpatient service, including 4 weeks on the night team, alongside rotations in the Emergency Department, NICU, and Behavioral Health.
• PL-2 Year: Further training in Pediatric ICU, Emergency Department, and electives, enhancing both clinical expertise and leadership skills.
• PL-3 Year: Opportunity to focus on individualized electives, further solidifying knowledge and skills in chosen areas.
